How to switch mapping while holding a button

Hello,
I want to switch mapping when a button is held? For instance, I would like different buttons when in ADS for PUBG while using my controller.

Currently I'm using bottom controller paddles for lean, but I also have reload and switch weapon bound to those paddles. it interferes with the lean function, and I would prefer to use the keyboards Q and E keys rather than the default controller settings.

Is there any want to do it? Please guide me. Thanks in advance!

I'm afraid I don't fully understand what you want to switch. Are you talking about the Shift Layers? If yes, you can adjust the switch in the custom mode. Thus, in each Layer, there will be a certain button that will be used as a switcher.
