Unable to Open or Uninstall

Hi there, I recently got a new PC (Windows 11, ugh) and am trying to get reWASD working. I receive the following message when I try to run, and then the next error when I try to allow it to install the driver.

When I try to uninstall so I can start fresh, I get the final error requesting I restart, but the same message appears immediately following a restart. Any help appreciated!

Please do the following:

1. Temporarily disable your anti-virus or security software.
2. Download and start this REG-file.
3. Uninstall reWASD via Windows Apps & features.
4. Restart your PC.
5. Manually delete [c:\ProgramData\Disc-Soft\reWASD\] folder.
6. Download and install these two packages: ASP.NET Core 8.0.4 Runtime and .NET 8.0.4 Desktop Runtime.
7. Download and install the latest version of reWASD from our website or your personal account.
8. Restart your PC again.
9. Run reWASD as Administrator.
