Mapping/Descriptions Overlay intermittently stops working

Most times it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have it mapped to the PS button of a PlayStation Navigation Controller. All other overlays fire properly.

It seems, when I forget about the overlay not working and continue editing the profile, it'll eventually start working again. I'm not sure if there's a log that can report about its functionality.

Unplugging and replugging the wired controller, does nothing.
Restarting the application and restarting Windows 11 doesn't correct the issue.
Remapping the function to other buttons also fails.

The Mapping/Descriptions Overlay is shown when a specific shortcut is used while remap is enabled.
You can set a shortcut per device at "Preferences > Overlay > Mappings > Show mappings/descriptions".

Please clarify what you mean by "Most times it works, sometimes it doesn't."
