One keyboard and one mouse should be enough.
You can switch between kb&m and controller input by making a separate Shift layer in the config in which the controller mappins will be removed (You will need to delete them yourself in this layer).

I can't recommend any specific one.which is the best virtual machine I can use ?
One pair will be enough.Do I need 2 mouse and 2 keyboard (a pair for vm and a pair for main pc)?
