I thought that the 8.0 update (Gyroscope Support: Added support for the third gyroscope axis in Flydigi Vader 3 Pro.) would bring support for emulating the PS4 native gyro on the Flydigi Vader 3 Pro. But I still can't do it. Did I misunderstand?

So that is what could be useful, having stuff like creating motion gestures as certain action bindings. like doing a dodge action when shaking left and right, or maybe something else in a shift layer context

Hi,
I’m using a Flydigi Vader 4 Pro with reWASD and have some questions about using thegyro.- When I connect the controller in NS mode, reWASD detects it as a Nintendo Switch Pro controller. This allows me to map the physical gyro to a virtual DS4 gyro, but I cannot map the back buttons.
- When I connect in D-Input mode, reWASD correctly detects it as a Vader 4 Pro, and I can map the back buttons, but I cannot map the physical gyro to a virtual DS4 gyro.
Is there any way to enable both functions at the same time—mapping both the back buttons and the gyro properly?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for your response!
May I ask why? Is it because the Flydigi Vader 4 Pro does not send complete gyro data to the PC in D-Input mode?
I’m also planning to buy a new controller soon. Which controllers can have both back button and gyro support in reWASD at the same time?
I think the DualSense Edge might work, but I’m not sure and would love to hear about other options as well.

But I’d like to confirm—based on what you know so far, aside from the DualSense Edge, is there really no other controller that can have both back button and gyro support in reWASD at the same time?

Yes, i does not. In fact all 3 gyro axes work on Vader 3 , Vader 4 Pro and Apex 4, but they all report "weird" accelerometer axes in Dinput so reWASD cannot use it (unlike in Switch mode).
And we have not solved this problem yet.
