Quick question

So I'm playing a game in fill screen mode and when I press a button that takes me to another shift layer it comes up telling me that 'Shift layer 1 is active'

Hoe can I hide this ? Is there a setting for it?

Yes. You can turn off these notifications in Preferences under the Overlay section.
