  • I remapped left mouse to pad button and now mouse won't work

Basically the title, at first I mapped it with the button muted, caused a ton of problems trying to navigate until I could get it off. Now whenever I open the app my mouse left and right click immediately stop working until I close the remap service. I changed it so the mouse is completely unbound in the config and it still won't work at all with the service running, kind of really bad and makes the program unusable.

I got the mouse mapped to it's normal things now and it will only work while the remap is applied if the service is running, something's for sure extremely broken here.

Nothing is broken, and reWASD works exactly as you set it up to work.

Use the CTRL+ALT+DEL shortcut to disable remap when the mouse is unable to do so.

Set up a key to unlock the mouse pointer according to these instructions (the Shift method is recommended) and use it when you need the mouse to work as is.

        Hey there!

If you applied a config to your devices that remapped them to a controller, then this is normal behavior, as after applying the config, the system recognizes your devices as a controller rather than as usual.
Once you apply a config with a virtual controller, your mouse and keyboard should be blocked, because otherwise, you will get double input in a game, and it is unplayable.

To return native input to devices, you need to go to a shift layer without mappings (using a button mapped for this in your config). If you haven't configured this, you can always disable the remap using the shortcut CTRL+ALT+DEL.

If we're still misunderstanding you, please describe your issue in more detail or record a video clearly showing it.
