I'm having a problem where if I have mouse set to right stick, when I move my mouse it constantly resets the right stick to default position, is there anyway to fix this? (video for example) https://youtu.be/cEGMZI0hfR0

That's how it should be. If you want the stick not to return to the center position, you can try using the Radial Menu mode, which can be enabled in the Advanced Mouse settings.

ive tried with that mode and same thing, i understand thats how its intended but its an issue in almost any fps game im not able to aim properly or even do a 180 degree turn with moving the mouse from the left of my desk to the right of my desk 5 times over

Unfortunately, we do not have an alternative to the Radial Menu mode suggested above.

It should be noted that sticks do not work like mouse does. To turn the character from side to side quickly, you need to hold the stick for some time at the maximum point of deflection. Which, in case of mapping the stick to physical mouse, is equal to slowly, but consistently, moving it in a certain direction.
