Purchase Radial Menu with Lifetime License?

I already have a lifetime license that I bought here a while back. I'm interested in the radial menu feature, but there's no option to purchase it individually like there was before. Is there any way at all that I could possibly buy the single feature without buying the $50 new lifetime license or paying a monthly fee?

I have advanced mapping, combo and rapid fire.
