    Hey there!

Please try to uninstall reWASD via Programs and Features, and then install the latest version from our website.

I've tried reinstalling, but the error still appears.

Can you please tell me where the log file is located?

Before we move on to studying the logs, I would like to clarify something:
This error in 99% of cases occurs on virtual machines, in the settings of which information about the motherboard is hidden. If your Windows is not running through a VM, then perhaps your PC uses programs for changing or hiding HWID (spoofers). With such programs on the PC, reWASD will not work.

              1. I don't quite understand the HWID (spoofers) software you're talking about. I don't think I have the type of software you mentioned. Could you please give me an example of a HWID (spoofers) software so that I can get familiar with it and check if there is a similar software installed on my computer?
              2. It's not that I can't run rewdas, my issue is that every time Windows starts up, the first time I run rewdas, it prompts an error. However, after restarting rewdas, it works normally. P.S.: rewdas starts with Windows.

Sorry, my native language is not English, and the chatGPT I use translates the content for me, and I'm not quite sure if the translation accurately conveys, the meaning of what I'm trying to say.

If reWASD starts with Windows but shows an error on the first launch and works fine after restarting, the issue might be related to the timing of its startup processes or conflicts with other applications initializing simultaneously.

You can try using a tool like Task Scheduler to delay the reWASD startup by a few seconds or minutes. This can help avoid conflicts with other processes running during system boot and might resolve the issue.

I reinstalled plenty of times, it doesn't help. Old version is working.

I'm not using VM. Information about mainboard is not hidden, I can see everything in msinfo32 and cpu-z. BTW, why reWASD needs information about my mainboard? Old version worked so there is some bug in new version.

reWASD collects mainboard information to link your license to your hardware, ensure compatibility, and assist with technical support. This helps protect your license and optimize performance.
