  • Boot loop after install on windows 10

I installed the software and then rebooted when the installer told me to. I'm now stuck in a boot loop. I was finally able to boot in safe mode to try to uninstall reWASD. As soon as I hit the uninstall button, my computer crashed again. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How exactly does the computer crash? Is it a BSOD?

Sometimes when I finish installing the software, my computer crashes and I can't restart it. I usually have to wait a while, sometimes the screen even flashes black.

        Hi wiginsane

Please check for errors in Event Viewer by following the steps below:
        1. Press the Windows button, type [Event Viewer], and press Enter.
        2. Choose [Windows Logs] in the upper left corner, then choose [Application].
        3. Check out the panel on the right side: there's a [Find] option. Click it, and type "reWASD" to search for related errors.
        4. Once you find one or multiple events, please right-click and "Save selected events..." on every one of them, and send us the file(s).
