how can I make it so that when I move my mouse left slightly it slightly steers (holds a) left, and when I move my mouse right slightly, it steers right slightly? (steering as in car games)

In reWASD, just go to the mouse settings and select whether the mouse movement should be remapped to the left stick or right stick of the virtual controller. This will allow smooth steering in car games, as the mouse movements will act as analog stick inputs.
If the steering feels too sensitive or unresponsive, fine-tune the stick response curve and dead zones in the Advanced settings.
