Controller stops working

Recently my controller stops working except for custom binned keys. I'm using the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller.

I am only using 2 of the pedals the Left and right bottom pedals
these are configured to 2 different keyboard inputs

While playing, the controller stops working all of a sudden. The custom bindings on the 2 bottom rear pedals work, but all other keys and sticks dont work. I have checked if the controller works with https://hardwaretester.com/gamepad and all inputs are registered.

Does your controller work correctly in the tester with the applied config?

Yea, as stated in the original post, all configs work in the tester and it registered all inputs and movements correctly

If you've applied the config and the controller works correctly in the tester, then this issue is not related to reWASD.
