  • REWASD cannot detect separate devices connected to one Razer multi-device dongle

As mentioned in the title, when I use my naga v2 pro and deathstalker v2 whilst connected to (1) razer multi-device dongle they show up under one device only, i.e they both trigger the same device under the detection mode. I have cleared data to undo all group settings. I am forced to connect one through bluetooth in order to have them seen by REWASD as separate devices.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey there!

We don't recommend connecting multiple devices through a single dongle while using reWASD, as the system may detect them as one composite device. In this case, reWASD also sees only one device and cannot interact with each one separately.

Unfortunately, this limitation cannot be bypassed, so for proper detection and full functionality, it's best to connect your devices directly and individually.
