joy.cpl axis Z doesnt move at all

I have bought rewasd a long time ago, came back to it, updated it and my mappings, was trying to play Xcloud with mapping on my KB+mouse group to xbox1gamepad
Tho it doesnt matter the order i open them, if i disable every antivirus, if i open them as admin (them i mean rewasd and the browsers, which i tested many, those being MSedge, chrome and brave). it works in the gamepad windows tester (joy.cpl) and in ctrl + Lshift + F12 in of rewasd it self, but when i open the browser and go to test in some site (since xcloud takes sum time to load), they work perfectly for about 2 seconds, then just kind of freeze on the last mapping i clicked for about 3 seconds, after that it just doesnt work, its like that with every browser. I searched alot, havent afound anything helpful. Which log file should i send yall to verify?
Yes i tried reinstalling it and restarting pc.
I feel like it could be a problem with the Rewasd service, which i did not find in my services
Now i just realised it, in joy.cpl axis Z doesnt move at all, even when i try to callibrate it

1. Type ‘msinfo’ in Windows search
2. Press Enter to open System Information tool
3. Go to File -> Save
4. Send me the *.nfo file you get
