    Hi

    I have a problem where the Virtual Xbox 360 controller keeps being created, even though it has not been selected. I only use the Physical Xbox 360.

    The problem is that when the Virtual Xbox 360 is created, certain games do not detect any controller, such as GTA V and Warframe.
    I have to go into Devices and Printers and manually remove them every time before starting the game.

    Could this be a bug?
    Is there any way for REWASD to not create this virtual controller if I'm using the Physical Xbox 360?​

    Hi! Could you please confirm that you’re using the latest version of reWASD?
    Also, try clicking [Clear Data] in Preferences → General to reset old settings.​

      Yes, latest version (9.1.1.10162)
      I did the procedure to clean everything, I will follow up in the next few days to see if it resolved.

        Yes, this phenomenon can be done by reWASD handling of the controller remapping. When you apply any programming or conversion layer configuration, reWASD will create an Xbox 360 Virtual controller by default even if you are using an Xbox 360 controller. This can confuse the game's virtual device priorities or cause a lock when both virtual and physical controllers are detected.​
