Destiny 2 does not recognize the controller

Hello,
I used REWASD 1 year ago and was working fine.
I tried now again.
When I apply the config I get this message even if I have the keyboard and mouse there and configured. I don't remember if I has it at that time.
The main problem is that game does not seem to recognize it as a controller (I clearly have the mouse pointer on the screen and not the controller).

Any hints what I should try ?

You must do exactly what the pop-up suggests - group your mouse with a keyboard.

Will this reset my mappings ?
PS: Out of curiosity .. the icon above, in my printscreen ... shows like a keyboard and a mouse .. I had the impression this means they are grouped ?
