  • the trigger glitches periodically

Hi! Noticed a strange problem on my gamepad when running the program. Gamepad flydigi vader 4 pro, a couple of combos are assigned to the right stick. The acceleration is assigned to the right trigger. Sometimes during the game, the acceleration simply resets to 0, although the trigger is pressed, to restore it, you need to completely release the trigger and press it again. This can happen randomly once every 10-30 minutes. When playing racing games, this is very annoying. Tried connecting via wire and without. It is difficult to track down the problem using the test because it occurs randomly.

    Hello.

Is this problem observed if the reWASD config is not applied?

Didn't observe such a problem when the configuration was turned off

Please send your config so that testers can try to reproduce it.
Your configs are stored here: C:\Users\Public\Documents\reWASD\Profiles
I need the correspondent *.rewasd file.

However, it is important to understand that in order to reproduce a bug/error, you need to have a clear pattern and steps for reproduction. Since in your case it happens randomly, it is not a fact that our testers will be able to reproduce it.

I don't know the algorithm yet how to reliably reproduce this error. I can only notice when this situation occurs during the game. I want to try to run the test and the game in parallel and see what the test shows at that moment.

I checked for a couple of hours, only once such a situation arose, the test also showed the trigger value at 0 at that moment.

Hi. If this issue cannot be reproduced in the tester and only happens randomly once every 30 minutes or more, it is most likely not related to reWASD.

Please try updating your device firmware and make sure there are no third-party remapping tools installed on your PC besides reWASD. Also, try disabling Steam controller support.

Found out that after turning off and then turning on the monitor, the signal is lost until you press any button on the gamepad, maybe this is somehow related to my problem

Please send me the file with system information. It doesn’t include any personal data but shows active processes, installed apps and drivers.
                  1. Type ‘msinfo’ in Windows search
                  2. Press Enter to open System Information tool
                  3. Go to File -> Save
                  4. Send me the *.nfo file you get in DM.
