  • Motion Controls / Gyro Shake

I'm using a generic 3rd party Xbox controller. I want to create a macro button that performs an action until I release the button on this controller. I'm using the "Home" button built into this controller as my button to manipulate. I simply want to create a macro of some sort that simulates me shaking my controller vigorously until I stop holding the Home button. It's suppose to mimic shaking your controller on a Playstation 3 controller.

Do you know how I can achieve this?

It is possible to remap a button to one of the [Virtual shake X/Y/Z] commands. However, [Turbo] and [Toggle] options are not available for it, so holding the button to shake continuously is not possible in reWASD.

What would be the best way to implement a PS3 shake action in my generic xbox 360 controller? Whats my best option then?

Remap a button or stick/trigger zone to [Virtual shake] of the axis you need and tap, press & release, or move it continuously for an effect.

I wasn't able to find virtual shake to attach to a button. Do you know where I can find it?

You must use the Virtual DS4 as an output device for those mappings to become available.

OddlerPro Could you name the game where you need this functionality?

                Hi,
I'm also interested about this topic. For example: there is a game named "Hustle Kings" (free game for PS3 or PS4). It's a billiard game. There in order to chalking a billiards cue you need to shake a controller few times. This in itself isn't a problem, but if you have to do it several times during a single game, it gets weird. How to create a macro that imitates this shaking?

Hi! As we’ve mentioned earlier, the only current option is to remap a button to a virtual shake. That’s the only way to emulate this action in reWASD right now.
