unable to install windows 11

Just bought the file today Aug 19. I am running product on Windows 11 laptop. I am getting error message "something prevents rewasd background agent from normal function". I followed the steps it displayed
1. Ran rewasdui.exe as administrator - version rewasd912-version 10339
2. I had previously turn my norton 360 off
3. I ran the sfc and dism steps. the first did not find anything but dism blew up and did not work. I have attached log
4. I did not see any other logs did see 2 etl files ? did you want them
5. Unable to send you dism. log or as rar file but the end of log shows

In most cases, the message about the background engine means that it crashes for some reason.
The most common reason would be the lack of or some issues with the .NET framework our app relies on.

Please reinstall reWASD according to these instructions:

• Uninstall reWASD with the "Remove my settings and activation info" option enabled.
• Restart your PC.
• Manually delete C:\ProgramData\Disc-Soft\reWASD\ folder.
• Download and install these two packages: ASP.NET Core 9.0 Runtime and .NET 9.0 Desktop Runtime.
• Temporarily disable your firewall and anti-virus apps to prevent interference with our installer.
• Download and install the latest version of reWASD from our website or your personal account.
• Restart your PC again.
• Run reWASD.

Some antiviruses are known to be very intrusive and restrictive, even when "disabled".
We suggest temporarily uninstalling yours to check if it is related to this issue.

Note: You used the DISM command incorrectly. There must be a space before every "/" character.

thank you very much. I have it working now!!! but guess I am stupid. I have a rewasd combat file.rewasd. How do I convert it into useable config file for Elite Dangerous

What do you mean by that?

Sorry I downloaded XBElite Combat.rewasd. I opened rewasd imported the file. Assigned it to slot 1. Went into game and it did not look like it was working. Guess could not figure out how to use the rewasd community file

Make sure you pressed Apply to slot after assigning the config. You can also check if it’s working here
