Can I set up a combo to click the mouse at a specific coordinate on the monitor?

For example, when I press the R key, can I configure it to make a left mouse click at a specific XY coordinate on the monitor?

I saw a similar question asked about 3-4 years ago, and at that time, it was not yet technically implemented.

Is this a currently implemented feature?

I recently purchased a full license and can't seem to find a related function, so I'm asking.
