PS3 Nav controller bluetooth doesn't work after reinstall

I remember having this issue on my last windows install, and it just happened again after having to uninstall and reinstall rewasd. The ps3 nav controller sets up for bluetooth perfectly on a fresh install, but if rewasd is uninstalled and reinstalled later, it will never again connect to bluetooth. Wired works fine.

Is there a way to force a fresh install somehow or uninstall a driver somewhere to have this work again?

Please unpair your PS3 Nav controller in Windows Bluetooth settings, then use the "Clear data" button at "Preferences > General" of reWASD, and re-pair the controller according to the instructions in this article.
