My Right Stick Keeps “Drifting” After Latest reWASD Update — Anyone Else?

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here can help because I’ve been struggling with this for a few days. After the latest reWASD update, my right stick mapping suddenly started “drifting” on its own—specifically, the camera slowly moves to the right even when I’m not touching the stick. I already tried recalibrating the controller, changing deadzones, reinstalling drivers, and even rolling back my config, but nothing fixes it.

Has anyone experienced this issue or found a workaround? It’s driving me crazy and I’d really appreciate any advice.

Our updates haven't touched this functionality in quite some time. Therefore, the issue is most likely related to the physical state of the stick or your config.
If you're using a stick as a stick, then for the dead zone you set in Advanced Stick Settings to be applied and operational, you need to enable the Affect Limit Settings option.

I had the same issue after that update — my right stick kept pulling the camera to the side like it had a mind of its own. It reminded me of trying to keep control in Drift Boss, except way less fun when it's happening in every game. ReWASD only stopped the drift for me after I deleted the whole profile and rebuilt it from scratch.
