Can't get TURBO to work in game

First, the usual: I'm on the latest version and I did a "clear data".

I'm trying to get left click auto fire, to shoot in game. Azeron and mouse are grouped.
Turbo is on on left click, I tried it with MUTE and without. I tried different timings between 1 and 500ms.

In online "clicks per second" testers, it seems to be working well.

In game, I just get erratic, random shots. 2 shots, pause, one shot, pause, one shot, pause 2 shots, pause...

I get the same behavior when I assign a random keyboard key to "shoot gun" in game, map it to my azeron and use the turbo there.
So it doesn't seem to be a mouse only issue.

With turbo on there is also a delay between when I press LMB and the first shot in game.

After some testing with combos on the azeron, I could get fast shooting to work with "Delay between keys" set to 60ms and a 40ms pause between the LMB presses.
Is the "Delay between keys" adding a pause between when LMB is pressed and released?
Anything shorter on any of the 2 timings causes the erratic behavior again.
Unfortunately this only works for a set number of iterations.

Is there something I can tweak globally to get the same behavior with regular TURBO on LMB? I guess the press-release timing on LMB might be too fast natively.

Can you specify the name of the game where you're experiencing this issue? Have you tried to test this in other games?

You remapped the button inside the game itself, right?

Hmm, are there any other mappings on another Activators of the same button?

Yes, it does add a delay between each combo element.

In case someone else has similar issues, I found a solution.
The LMB press and release send by REWASD seems to be too fast for some games/some configurations to register properly.

If I remap LMB to LMB press-short pause-LMB release, I can activate TURBO and it's working.
It's rather obvious once I figured out the problem.

It is, at least somewhat, game independent. I remember having the same issue some time ago but I gave up back then. Don't even remember what game it was.
Yes, button was remapped in the game.
No other mappings were on the button.
The delay between each element was the solution.
