Help make my rewasd great again.

Hello, I’ve been struggling with reWASD for quite some time. I’ve been using it for a few years, but I had to uninstall it completely for a few months. My problems started after a fresh Windows installation and upgrading my hardware. I now have a very good PC (9800X3D, 64 GB RAM), so I don’t understand why this is happening.

At random times when I use reWASD, my gamepad starts to lag severely. Sometimes my button inputs don’t register at all. At first, I thought my controller was faulty, I bought an 8BitDo controller, returned it, and then got an Apex 5. After that, I realized the issue wasn’t the controller but reWASD. When I uninstalled it, everything worked perfectly for a few months.

However, I really miss the advanced features of reWASD. Could someone please help me troubleshoot this issue?

Hi. To troubleshoot the issue, we need to try to reproduce it.
Try to track down the pattern of how the controller freezes (which buttons are pressed, how long after applying the config, etc.).

Also, if this occurs in a specific game, I would recommend testing the reWASD config here (if you're emulating controller mappings).

No, this happens on random, no pattern sadly. Also the sympthoms are quite ransom as well, it looks like lagging, some buttons like l2,r2 wont register, when i was playing ffvii analog got stuck. I'm not really sure what is the problem, i'll instal rewasd again all provide the config when it starts laggin again, i will be super happy for looking into it, since while i have some knowledge i cannot fing any solution, all i know it must be rewasd related since when i got rid of rewasd it worked flawlessly.
