Unwanted Notifications

All of a sudden every time I press shift layer one or shift layer 2, a message comes up informing me that I have gone into shift layer one or shift layer 2. Very annoying. how do I get rid of this? it never used to do this. I looked under confirmations and unchecked everything but the note is still pops up. what is going on? Running 9.4.0.11144

Hi. To disable the shift layer switching notifications, you need to go to Preferences -> Overlay -> Notifications and uncheck 'Normal Shift is enabled/disabled' and 'Toggle Shift is enabled/disabled'.
