Toggle For Shift Modifier

I'd like to inquire as to why I am unable to use the toggle option with a shift modifier, as the usage I am trying to achieve requires the buttons shifted for as long as the user(me) aims for them to be.

Yep, you can't Toggle the Shift modifier in the current reWASD version. But you will be able to do so with the next update. We are on the final stage of development and hope to roll the new version out till the end of July.
