missing "reWASDService.exe"

Hi,

Today I have updated my reWASD to the newer version, version 3.1
and after installation and rebooting, it asked me to run a service

But upon pressing "Start" this pops up


So I tried to manually running the "services.msc" to try run the service manually but an "Error 2" comes out


I opened up the services properties and it leads to a file that is called "reWASDService.exe" which is non-existant in my reWASD folder.



How can I fix this?
This is the only gamepad software that I am comfortable with to configure my gamePad.
I hope I can find a solution soon to continue grinding with a gamepad.
