How to revoke the license to reactivate it on a different PC?

I've heard/read in another thread on this forum that you can revoke your license on your current PC and activate it again on another one.

I'm getting a completely new PC, so i'd like to move the license to that one, but can't seem to find the option to revoke it. I attached a picture of the screen i see when i check my license within reWASD, there is no "revoke" option or anything similar.

Any help?
