How to toggle rapid fire on a controller button?

Hello, I would like to make a toggle on one of the elite back paddle to rapid fire the gamepad button A infinitely every 100 ms. How do I do that please?
I have looked in the key combo menus but it seems to have a limited number of iteration. And when i just use toggle with button a then it just keep pressing that button instead of repeating that button.
