Thanks, it would be a dream to use the steamdeck as a steamcontroller on steroids, with (hopefully) touchpad button support.

It would be interesting to use SteamDeck as wireless controller, but I think you can already pair Steam Deck with other PC via Steam Link feature and play games like this. Both devices requires installed Steam, then you are linking them together via Remote Play and disabling audio and video, leaving only streaming input (to do this go into Streaming options, hit Y and disable video and audio. streaming).

If i'm correct steam deck has haptics, is it supported? If so, is it working for steamcontroller too?

Unfortunately, there is no support for haptics on Steam Deck and Steam Controller in reWASD yet.
