As title says, my rewasd keeps crashing at random intervals, but usually after few minutes, after the latest update, even the tray is disappearing. Before the update it worked. What info do you need? Should I uninstall it completely and reinstall it?

Hello,
Thank you for your report. May I ask you to specify details. When the reWASD starts crashing, during some events, like GUI opening, "Appy" button press, while remapping, etc?
Check the Event Viewer (win+r - eventvwr.msc -Windows Log - Application) for any errors related to reWASD?
Yes, please install the software from scratch. Remove currently installed version, log in your account and download ver. 5.2.0 setup, install it and check if the problem persists.
Also, what Win ver do you have?Don't worry! Be Happy!

Thank you for replying.
reWASD crashed with or without opening the main GUI, I usually notice that i start it, close the main window, the icon tray is still there...then, after a little while it just crashes. I don't know if it crashes when i do specific events.. I will try to completely uninstall it first , then reinstalling it, and applying the same configs again. I am using Windows 10 Pro with the latest updates.

Hi. I thought i,ve got rid of the problem. I made sure that i uninstalled, installed the 5.2.1 first. But it's back... Now I know what i did before crashing...Started Red Dead Redemption 2 . The game runs on my pc on VULKAN api, idk if it matters, also i have rivatuner enabled for the game {but not for rewasd of course}. Here the latest event log:

Thank you. I've installed it via remote control, from work. The steps i did:- backup my configs folder .
- Uninstalled rewasd, with the options: delete config and license info.
- PC reboot
- Installed the version provided
- Pc reboot
- exit rewasd tray
- restored my config folder
- started rewasd..keeping it in tray until i get home.
I just installed it now, just to see if it survives with my pc just being on ( it is always on).
I'll report back in a day, if everything seems to be ok.
Thank you kindly for your continuous support.
