I am trying to adjust the mouse sensitivity settings. After making the changes and saving, they are not staying saved and revert back to the defaults. I need the mouse to be more responsive and can't get it to work.

Are you trying to adjust mouse mapped to stick, right?
It should be done here:
After you change settings, please ensure that you have clicked the Apply button (1) in order to get changes work.
Or do you play via remote play and you need to adjust mouse sensitivity that acts like controller stick in the game? -
I am using PS4 remote play with no controller. I am using a keyboard and mouse. I click on the virtual controller button from the mouse settings and adjust there.Comment

FIXED it on my own. I see the settings are on the directional arrow icon that is located on the picture of the mouse, then I adjusted the sensitivity in the advanced settings...Comment
