I assume that the game you mentioned has an embedded on-screen keyboard. So first, I would ask you to check the game you are playing at the moment: maybe there is a shortcut that enables it? Then, it should be mapped to some controller button.
Also, there is another option. You can use the Windows on-screen keyboard, and it should work for any game.
To enable it, choose a button (or a shortcut or an activator) in reWASD, go to Key Combo, Switch to Hold until release mode and add three keys: Win+Ctrl+O:
Press Apply and try to launch this action to get a keyboard on your screen.
