Microsoft Elite Controller 2 paddles still double mapped

Please check Gamepad mapping section for your paddles. Are there any additional buttons added. It should look like here:

I have a Microsoft Elite Controller 2 that was working fine but no longer works like it did. Not sure if it coincided with the latest reWASD update. The back paddles are unmapped with the circle and line through it, and then mapped to F12 and PrtScr for screenshots. But they STILL do double presses of A and B. This includes titles on Steam, uPlay, XBOX PC, and Epic. I really don't know what to try from here.
