Sure, you can. Please, log in to your account and revoke the previous Pc activation. Then, you may use the same license to re-activate the reWASD.
Note that the latest reWASD version is 5.5 (has been released today).

I believe you need to revoke the license to start using it again. Please, follow this manual to get it done.
