  • Hitting a precise joystick y value

If youre familiar with smash bros melee im trying to program a shield drop basically the stick needs to move to exactly -67.5% of its full value. normally this is done by hitting the notches but im using a ps4 controller which has no notches. is there a way to program a button to achieve this?

Shield dropping is an advanced technique in all Super Smash Bros. games prior to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, where it was removed. It involves dropping through a soft platform while shielding by tilting the analog stick down. The term "shield drop" should not be confused with "dropping one's shield"...

    Hello!

At the moment, there is no way to set the max deflection of a physical gamepad. The only way to achieve something like this is to make a set combos and map them to each direction, like the one I have here:

Could you please try this workaround?
