Using reWASD for Call of Duty - Avoiding Ban

So I like to use the Controller Thumb-stick for movement in my left hand and Mouse aiming in my right hand. (hense X1hybrid)

And I have COD Modern Warfare set to M&K so NO aim assist is turned on, so there is no advantage I am trying to use. I simply like to use the Controller for movement.

Will I get banned for using this in Multiplayer or Warzone?

And we are not cheating software, you should not be banned for using reWASD, we are remapping software. The Aim assist itself is being enabled by the game if you make the game think you are playing with the controller.
