Key Combo: How to do a full analog stick clockwise spin

REWASD currently doesn't have an option to record Gamepad right/left sticks movement on Key Combo. I'm wondering how can I program it to make the right stick do a full clockwise spin.

It should look like this one or something similar:



Stick goes Up, then stick goes Up+Right, then Stick goes Right only and so on.

You may need to add Delay between keys (100ms on my screenshot), so the movement is done at a normal pace.
