  • Sony nav no devices in rewasd

I want to play warzone with the ps3 sony move navigation and a mouse..
I'm on windows 10 and the latest software from rewasd. (14 days free trail)
windows recognizes the sony nav in the devices via plug and play. at first rewasd couldn't find a controller at all.

now i have downloaded an additional software `` scp toolkit ''
now the sony navigation is shown to me at least as an xbox controller.

how do i get the correct sony navigation application in rewasd. so that rewasd recognizes the controller as a sony nav? Many Thanks

DualShock 3 and PlayStation 3 Move Navigation controllers

Essentially, DualShock 3 and PlayStation 3 Navigation controllers are intended to use wired on PC, and it's usually problematic to use them wirelessly. We support DS3 and PS3 Nav wired, or if you use a Bluetooth adapter the controller will be recognized by reWASD too. These connection methods were tested and are approved by our team.

When you connect the Navigation controller to PC via cable, and have a Bluetooth adapter, reWASD will ask you to pair it before you start remapping. You will see this message:

SCP Toolkit will interfere with reWASD so you should uninstall it before trying anything.

      Hello,

How do you connect the PS Nav to the PC, wired or wireless?

Some issues could happen if you have specific settings in other mappers devoted to DS4: InputMapper, DS4Win, etc. You can learn more about this issue here. Also, make sure that you do not have any third-party drives that these mappers are used (hidguardian, vigem). Please, re-checked if any of these drivers are still installed in the system.

Then, connect the controller to the PC and check if reWASD deetects the gamepad. Then, remap it to mouse.

I have completely uninstalled scp toolkit and have not installed any other programs. the sony navigation controller is connected with a cable. I also tried a 2 Sony navigation Kontorller and another cable. it is recognized in windows 10 but in rewasd there is no response to the device nor an xbox controller. only the plugged in mouse and the keyboard are recognized.

          Hello,

          1. Do you have an original PS Nav controller or sort of clone branded other manufactures?

          2. Please, make sure that nor mentioned utilities or drivers (hidguardian, vigem) are not installed.

          3. How does the Windows 10 recognize the controller? Please, open the joy.cpl and take the screenshot of the displayed controller.

          4. May I ask you to check the driver's stack of the device? Open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Devices and Printers then select your controller device - > Properties - > Hardware - > Properties - Details - > pop down menu - Device stack. Take a screenshot.
