Well, maybe my 10 meters powered usb cable, a usb hub attached to it and there, the 2 xbox controllers with the issue plugged in, is the problem

That is the exact reason of your issue - lack of power. Connect controller directly to your motherboard USB port or try using a shorter cable.
If you wish to keep using a hub, change to the one that has additional power supply.

Finally! I have put batteries on the xbox controllers and voila! Problem solved, thanks for help me find a solution, excellent customer service
