so i checked some other games.

genshin impact doesn't vibrate (even though it did with a tool)
figherz doesn't vibrate the option is on
cuphead however does vibrate

You can also find your config file along this path:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\reWASD\Profiles
I need the correspondent * .rewasd file.

The config provided looks fine so far, still, if you are experiencing any issues with the vibration in particular games, we can only recommend changing the virtual controller type.
