Mouse Not Working

As far as I know, you need to change the input to [controller] in the game exactly. After this step, you will be able to move your character.

I had the same problem the first time I started COD 2.

Miron4ik42 - THANK YOU! That was indeed the issue!
Fumbling through the menus the input device was set to mouse and not controller.
Changing it to controller was the solution!
