    Hey there!
"Unverified License" error is shown when reWASD GUI (reWASD.exe) is for some reason unable to communicate with either our service (reWASDService.exe, Game Controller Mapping Service) or our Engine process (reWASDEngine.exe).
Please make sure all mentioned processes and services are running and not blocked from access to the Lookback Interface (127.0.0.1), Local Network, and the Internet.

To avoid 3rd party interference, allow Internet access for all three in your Firewall software and add them to exclusions in your Anti-Virus/Protection software.

If none of our suggestions would help, try to do a clean reinstall of the reWASD app:
    1. Back up your profiles from c:\Users\Public\Documents\reWASD\Profiles\ folder.
    2. Uninstall reWASD with the "Remove all" option.
    3. Restart your PC.
    4. Download the latest version of reWASD from our site.
    5. Add the installer to the exclusions list of your Anti-Virus/Protection software.
    6. Install reWASD.
    7. Restart your PC again.
    8. Import your backed-up configs.

I did this procedure but still with the same error. I uninstalled the antivirus, reinstalled it, added the ports and it still didn't solve it. tried this one
      1. Run the ping secure.disc-soft.com command. It should resolve as 161.35.212.100, and all packets must reach their destination.
      2. Open the https://secure.disc-soft.com link in a Chrome-based browser. If everything is normal, it should redirect you to our homepage. If it does not, send us a screenshot of the page or error you see instead.
      and not solve...

Is there any other procedure that can be done?

There is something on your PC that is blocking access to our service. Unfortunately, we cannot determine on our end which application on your PC is doing this.

Please, check the Windows Security → App&browser control → Potentially unwanted app blocking option and turn it off.

If you are using Windows Firewall, ensure all reWASD rules are enabled for all network types.
If you use third-party anti-virus or protection software, try adding all reWASD executables to the exclusions or trusted apps list.
If you use an Eero Security service on your router, please allow the secure.disc-soft.com domain in its settings or disable the service.

If your PC cannot make a stable connection to our server, we suggest using a VPN service or contacting your Internet provider for further assistance.

I managed to solve it, formatting the PC works fine so the problem was here, I didn't find out what caused the problem but formatting solved it. I just have a doubt to disable the program just hold win left I wanted to know if there's a way to disable it without having to hold it and yes turn it on and off

If you want to toggle between the normal and remapped states of your keyboard and mouse, you need the [Rapid Fire] feature.
Copying and pasting the mapping (the option available in its context menu) from the [LWin] key to any other key in your config should allow you to toggle between states with that key.

Check this article for more details on how to set up a normal/remapped state switch.
