In most cases, another Shift layer is used to change the mouse sensitivity or response curve for ADS mode.
You can check those in the Advanced settings of your mouse mapping on that Shift layer.

The 2nd Shift layer on your screenshot shows the mouse remapped to a controller, so nothing is "given up" in this configuration.

You must be right ... is probably be a different sensitivity for ZoomInAim.

One more question ... with this profile my moue moves very slow ... should I change the controler sensitivity in game or the mouse in reWASD ?

Changing mouse sensitivity in reWASD would affect the speed required to reach maximum stick deflection. It is recommended to keep that value low.

Changing controller sensitivity in game's options would affect the camera turning speed.
