Is reWASD's virtual controller (DS4) different from the hardware Sony DualShock 4?

The hardware Sony DualShock 4 will drift in the direction of the last push of the stick.
Also, the drift phenomenon does not occur when the stick is completely stopped.

In comparison, reWASD's DS4 always drifts to the upper left even when the viewpoint is not moving.
