  • Anti recoil

    Hello, I play wz. The game is in ads toggle mode. Can you give an example of an anti recoil command that is only active on right click? I know layer adjustments, but I can't do it. Sometimes anti recoil kicks in, sometimes it doesn't. This is annoying.
    I want an anti recoil that only works on right click. Thanks

    Hello!

    I can suggest you check this config as an example of an anti-recoil combo that works only when you ADS.
    But if you want to use ADS in a toggle mode, then you need to change the shift layer swap to toggle instead of hold:

      Thanks for help. What I don't understand is, mode hold toggle custom. Do I need to select toggle from here?

        Exactly. You can find more info about shift layers here: https://help.rewasd.com/basic-functions/shift-mode.html

              I've just seen your post, and I don't understand how to set the anti-reverse. I'm trying to copy the example, but I can't manage to recreate the key combination.

              Why does the ADS key switch to layer 2?

              I can't get the same key combo in my main layer with ADS.

              Can you please explain?
              Thank you and have a nice day.

                Hi Julien

                This is done this way because this config uses different sensitivity settings for aiming. When you press the right mouse button, it switches to a shift layer with settings that are more comfortable for aiming.

                  Okay, okay,
                  Can you explain to me how I can create the anti-retreat, in a simple way and step by step when I use ADS?

                  Because I can't recreate what's in the example.

                    Cases #19 and #20 here have information on how to set up an anti-recoil [Combo] mapping. Remapping your fire button to this [Combo] on the Main Shift layer should be enough.

                    But if you want anti-recoil to work only when you are in ADS mode (while holding the right mouse button), you must set up another shift layer (add or use an existing one), remap left mouse button to the anti-recoil [Combo] on it, and set your right mouse button as a shift jump to that layer on the Main one.
                    Usually, the [Hold] mode is used for the shift jump, but if you switch to and from ADS mode in-game by tapping the right mouse button, select the [Toggle] mode instead.

                      So, I've gained a little more experience with anti-recoil since I've been using it for a while... YouTube videos have helped me a lot.
                      But I think there's a problem with REWASD... (I have a lifetime license)
                      ADS layer => OK
                      Hold ADS => OK
                      Macro on the fire button => OK

                      It's the macro that's giving me trouble.
                      I have a 60-round magazine that empties in 4.5 seconds => 0.075s per round.
                      I program the macro in groups of 10 rounds because every 5 rounds, REWASD wasn't working, so 750ms per group and compensate for the deviation using videos that I record and analyze with Kinovea (I see the rounds in the magazine and analyze the deviation of the last one in the group to correct it) => 6 groups.

                      Rewasd doesn't take corrections either, not at all ^^'
                      I set a group to 100% relative horizontal offset to test, for example group 3, and nothing happens... No change at 0% or 100%...

                      In this case, I'm sorry, but what am I supposed to do if the software doesn't take my offsets into account?

                        Please send me the config you are using. Your configs are stored here: C:\Users\Public\Documents\reWASD\Profiles
                        I need the correspondent *.rewasd file.
