Diablo 4 Basic Skill in loop while holding down the right mouse button

Since my last visit to reWASD, a lot has changed in the APP.
I wanted to create a loop, but I have my difficulties.

The following situation:

I play Diablo 4 on PC with mouse and keyboard.

• The Basic skill is set to "C" and has an 18-second cooldown.
• The Core Skill is set to the right mouse button

The Basic Skill is now supposed to run as long as I hold down the right mouse button, but somehow I can't get it working. I would appreciate help

Could you rephrase your request in terms of buttons? Which buttons should be emulated and how while you hold RMB?

Sry but can't edit. C isn't running in a Loop.

Ok.. So, ill keep Mouse Button pressed which is firing all time and with it, I want C to run in an 18-Second loop (press, release, wait 18 seconds, loop)

It seems we don't understand each other.
If you want to hold RMB physically, get RMB input constantly and at the same time have C pressed every 18 seconds, then Miron4ik42 gave you the right recommendation with mapping via turbo on RMB without Mute.


When testing the mapping in any keyboard tester or text editor, C is triggered every 18 seconds while you hold RMB.

Then something is wrong on the game side.
You can check if the mouse button works in any online mouse tester or even on your desktop.

Got it working. Had to lower the rapid Fire time. Don't ask me why, coz the cooldown is 18 secs. It works perfectly with 4500 ms
