  • Strange warning with no explanation

Hi, I got some kind of warning with the mapping shown in red. What is it?
I can't seem to find a description anywhere, not on mouseover, not in the mapping itself. And the mapping works as intended in the game.

    Explanation of the mapping:
It cancels the left stick so it is not pointed upwards, then sends DOWN+X. The first part is there so I can use it regardless of left stick position.

You are using your physical controller as an output device. This places limitations on some types of mappings. In this particular case, on the Relative Stick Nodes of the Combo.
If you want this Combo to work, use the virtual controller instead.

Note: All warnings display a tooltip when you hover over them.

Yes I saw the tooltip actually, I thought I deleted this post and I made a new one:

Hi, I made a mapping that resets the left stick before inputting a combination and then I got this warning: It tells me that the mapping should not work, right? But it DOES work in the game. When I remove the deflection mapping, DOWN+X is not registered by the game when LS is pointed upwards. The direction is canceled out

The thing is, the mapping DOES work so it seems the warning is incorrect?

Maybe it is. Will have to verify with the team.

Ok, I will wait for that. You can close this topic if you want and approve the other one, it has more details after I saw the tooltip and how I tested it.
