  • reWASD says mapping is invalid, but it works

Hi, I made a mapping that resets the left stick before inputting a combination and then I got this warning:

It tells me that the mapping should not work, right? But it DOES work in the game.
When I remove the deflection mapping, DOWN+X is not registered by the game when LS is pointed upwards. The direction is canceled out by the stick, so it registers X only.
WITH the deflection mapping, the game will register DOWN+X consistently regardless of LS position.

It seems the warning should not be there? It works so I can just ignore it, but it is a bit strange.

Emulation is set to the physical device (Wolverine V3 TE).

    Screenshot of the mapping:

These mappings cannot work when 'Apply to physical' is selected.
If you are sure they work on your side, please send us a video demonstrating it.

Please use this tester for the demonstration.

I can reproduce it with this tester. I made a simple config that maps Y button to LS up (relative) and XBOX button.
The XBOX button shows up as B16 in the tester, so you can see when I press it.
